Quantum Stakes Oy is a Finnish management consultancy (registered field of activity 70200, business and other management consultancy activities). We advise company groups on corporate governance, on how their head office provides shared services to the group, on restructuring and cross-border growth, and on board-level reporting. All work is business-to-business and delivered under a written engagement scope.

Is Quantum Stakes Oy a financial services or investment firm?

No. Despite the company name, Quantum Stakes Oy is not a bank, investment firm, payment institution, insurance intermediary or gaming operator, and holds no financial-services licence. We do not offer investments, credit, trading, wagering or any product with a financial return. We provide management consulting only.

How does an engagement start?

With a 45 to 60 minute executive briefing at no charge. If the work is ours to do, we send a written scope covering objective, deliverables, exclusions, the people we need on your side and the basis of fees. Nothing begins until that scope is signed by both parties.

Do you publish fees on the website?

No. Fees depend on the scope, the number of entities and the access we need to your people, so any figure published in advance would be misleading. Fees are set out in the written scope before any work starts, and we do not invoice for anything outside it without a signed change.
