1. The short version

This site sets no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies. It loads no third-party scripts, no fonts from a font network, no tag manager, no social widgets and no CAPTCHA service. Every byte it requests comes from quantumstakes.net. You can verify that in your browser’s network tab, and we would rather you did.

The one thing we store is your cookie choice itself, and only once you have made one.

Every item this website stores in your browser, with its category, purpose, lifetime and whether it is first or third party.

2. The categories in the consent banner

Strictly necessary

Required to deliver the page you asked for and to remember your consent choice. Under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive this category does not require consent, which is why it cannot be switched off. It involves no tracking, no profiling and no third party.

Analytics

Aggregated measurement of which pages are read and where visitors arrive from, so we can improve the site. Nothing in this category is set today. Switching it on consents to analytics storage if and when we add it - and if we do, this page is updated with the specific cookies before anything is set.

Advertising measurement

Lets us see whether a business that arrived from an advertisement went on to contact us. If we run advertising, this would be the Microsoft Advertising UET tag operating under Consent Mode v2: the tag receives an explicit denied signal for ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage before it can run, and that signal only becomes granted if you switch this category on. Nothing in this category is set today, and no advertising tag is present on the site.

3. How consent works here

Nothing optional is stored before you choose. The denied-by-default signal is sent first, always.
Reject is as easy as Accept - same size, same place, one click. There is no pre-ticked box, no “legitimate interest” toggle left on, and no cookie wall.
Declining costs you nothing: every page and both forms work identically either way.
Your choice, the version of the wording you saw and the time you chose are stored so we can evidence consent under Art. 7(1) GDPR.
If we change the wording, the stored consent is treated as invalid and you are asked again - consent to an old statement is not consent to a new one.

4. Changing or withdrawing your choice

Use here or in the footer of any page. Withdrawal takes effect immediately and is as easy as giving consent, as Art. 7(3) GDPR requires. You can also clear site data in your browser, which removes the stored choice - the banner will then ask again on your next visit.

Every mainstream browser also lets you block or delete storage entirely. This site works with storage blocked; the banner simply reappears, because it has nowhere to record that you already answered.

5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We do not track you across sites, so there is nothing for these signals to switch off. We nevertheless treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a rejection of the optional categories if one is present.
