Our registered field of activity is 70200 - Business and other management consultancy activities (TOL 2025 (TOIMI4)). That is exactly what we do, and we have deliberately kept the site free of anything that would suggest otherwise.
We advise company groups: owners, boards and executive teams. The work is documentary and structural - charters, decision rights, service catalogues, operating models, reporting definitions - and it is delivered under a written scope agreed before anything starts.
Our name contains the word “stakes”, which we are aware reads as something else at first glance. It is not a gaming, wagering, trading or investment business. We hold no financial-services authorisation of any kind, we do not seek one, and we would decline work that required one.
Where a question needs a Finnish attorney, an authorised auditor from the PRH auditor register, or a licensed tax adviser, we say so and stop. Consultancies that quietly extend into licensed activity are a problem for their clients before they are a problem for themselves.

Client relationships are confidential. We will discuss relevant experience in a briefing, under NDA where appropriate.

No "saved 30%", no efficiency percentages, no ROI. Those numbers depend on a baseline only the client can see.
No certifications we do not hold
No ISO badge, no membership mark, no accreditation logo appears unless the certificate exists and is current.
No published fees
Fees follow the scope. A headline rate quoted before scoping would be a number we could not stand behind.
